Oil Field Products
| Our high end manufacturing unit enables us in manufacturing a wide range of oil field products. Available in different dimensions, our range include scratcher, glue flakes, stop ring and many others. |
Scratcher

| Successful primary cementing requires centering of the casing, casing movement, and a properly conditioned hole. Scratchers condition the hole by removing mud cake from the face of formation to ensure a good cementing bound and to prevent channeling. They also contribute to the even distribution of the cement slurry and the achievement of a complete fill.
These are constructed to withstand any treatment from the casing rack to the bottom of the well without impairing their effectiveness. The high strength wire fingers and cable loops disintegrate the toughest filter cake and their working diameter enables them to reach into enlarged scale sections to agitate gelled mud and to make possible a complete cement fill.

Stop Ring/Jelflake

| Stop Ring
Stop ring devices are used to limit the travel of centralizers, turbolizers, positive centralizers and on the casing pipe. These are made in two designs.
A. Non Hinged stop collar (a solid ring with internal groove duly slotted for inserting spiral locking pin)
B. Hinged and Bolted stop collar.
Jelflake
It is a select polythene material , chemically inert in the presence of water , crude oil , brine or any other common drilling additives. It is mainly used as a preventive measure against loss of circulation when thief zone is anticipated.
The light weight of this material forms a very effective seal against loss of circulation.

Glue Flakes/Alpha Cellulose

| Glue Flakes
It is an organic chemical mainly used in bonding the pulp and generally used in the production of paints , paper and match production.
Alpha Cellulose
Alpha Cellulose is an insoluble fibrous residue obtained by extraction of wood, straw pulps and holocelluloses with strong alkali under careful controlled conditions. Since the procedures used are arbitrary, the alpha-cellulose prepared from structural celluloses consists largely of bita-1,4 glucopyranose chains, it contains also some non-glucose units. Xylan appears to be associated with most alpha-cellulose, with mannan being present also in those from gymnosperms.
This smart cellulose is termed electroactive paper (EAPap). It can produce a large bending displacement with low actuation voltage and low power consumption. The actuation phenomenon and its charracteristics are illustrated in this paper. Because cellulose EAPap is ultra-lightweight, inexpensive, and biodegradable, it is advantageous for many applications such as micro-insect robots, micro-flying objects, micro-electromechenical systems, biosensors, and flexible electrical display.
