Absorbent Gauze

Absorbant gauze and bulk rolls are generally manufactured in rolls of 36"*100 yds/mts. and in all cases the width side will have a 4 folds and then rolled in machine and then compressed. These absorbent gauze are the most vital item in surgical dressing line and we manufacture this item in several qualities viz. Plain & X-ray detectable.

Swab Gauze (Gauze Sponge)

This swab gauze, also known as gauze sponge we manufacture in several qualities, via. plain white swab gauze -X-ray detectable swab gauze in all sizes and in different ply-fold. These have the following features:

Packing: Normal packing 100 such swabs in a paper pack, such swabs can also be supplied in poly sachets & as per photograph shown here.
Quality: Such swabs can be supplied from all quality guaze as shown before.
Utility of X-ray Detectable SWAB At the time of abdominal operation or such open cut operation, such Guaze Swabs are used by Surgeons.

As a result, such swab gauze get completely soaked in blood and there is every chance that Surgeons may overlook a Swab that may remain inside the system. As a routine procedure Surgeons take a quick X-Ray of the operated portion before its closing and if by chance any such Swab remains un-noticed the X-Ray Plate will indicate the same because this X-Ray filament will be visible in the plate and then the Surgeons can remove the same and close the operation with confidence which in case of a Plain Swab Gauze used is not possible.

Laparotomy Swab Gauze

These laparotomy swab gauze are special type of sponges mainly for abdominal use made from gauze and is used in general surgery to control bleeding and to protect the tissue it is also used as wet dressing. It has cross-stitching and then fitted with a sturdy tape securely attached to one corner. All edges are folded and then stitched evenly and firmly. Such laparotomy swab gauze can be supplied in Plain & with X-ray detectable tape and its utility is same as has already been explained supplies can be made in different sizes and ply-folds.

Ribbon Gauze

In surgical cases ribbon gauze is used as a long sponge in walling off deep cavities as packing. To control bleeding, and also as packing in kidney of prostatic surgery. Ribbon gauze is available in both Plain & X-ray detectable qualities.

Paraffin Gauze Dressing BPC

We manufacture and export Paraffin Gauze.These are available in width between 9/10 cms. and as per the buyers requirements. These are mainly used for the treatment of wounds such as burns, scalds, skin grafts etc. Paraffin Gauze has the following features:

Synonym (Bactigras dressing)
Packing : In rectangular PVC containers as per above picture.
Gauze slab size, generally 4" * 4 "
Containers will vary in sizes 20 slabs - 36 slabs - 7/8 meters
